Not quite satisfied? Did you find a stain on your article at receiving your order? No problem!

You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for a return: 

• Returning is possible within 14 days after receiving your package.
• The articles should be unworn and undamaged.
• All original labels should still be attached.
• Jewels are non-returnable and clothing with stains will not be accepted.
• Only the costs of return are for you.
